After years of searching for answers, I was able to transform my health through lymphatics and ultimately by getting to the root cause of my autoimmunity through Dr. Pompa’s Core Cellular Detox.

It is critical that Manual Lymphatic Drainage is performed by a certified MLD specialist who has gone through rigorous training in the Vodder technique. Unlike traditional massage, it combines gentle strokes that specifically work with the complex anatomy of your lymphatic system, opening collectors and allowing lymph nodes to detoxify this protein-rich lymph fluid.
In addition, Aubree has advanced training in post-plastic surgery procedures to maximize your outcome, minimize swelling, and expedite healing. Patients who have Manual Lymphatic Drainage performed shortly after they have plastic surgery have less pain, less bruising, and less complications than those who don’t have MLD.
